- Habitas con Jamon
- Arroz con chorizo (No, this is not Paella. Don’t even get us started on the appropriateness of adding chorizo to a Paella. You see, one time, at band camp, Jamie Oliver had the nerve to insert chorizo in paella, then the Spanish community found out and kicked up a stink, then he doubled down and said it was better that way, then afterwards……and on it goes….)
Our goal is to share an authentic, Spanish tapas, wine and beer experience with Brisbane.
